Detox Therapies are advised by herbal doctors, dieticians and physicians this allows all harmful toxins not useful to our bodies collected as intakes from chemicals & additives to be addressed. The root of all diseases is when we do not digest our food properly, negative thoughts, our emotions and depression all give rise to ama (uncooked or undigested food). A toxic build up is often the reason we all feel tired, have headaches, gain weight and are unwell. Sadly it is almost impossible not to build up AMA in our everyday life as we all follow such busy life’s, so Physicians & dieticians recommend we deter at least once a week.

Its common sense, drinking fizzy drinks gives us all that nice fizzy taste which contributes towards the rest of the sugar we intake in other foods.
