Sonu to try and ban the Azaan
Sonu Nigam goes on a Monday morning Twitter rant, calls the Azaan ‘forced religiousness’
Sonu Nigam’s tweet has caused uproar around the world due to the fact that he’s clearly not too smart when choosing his words.
The singer posed to his 5.92 million followers and others, wondering when would “forced religiousness” end in the country.
His tweet came in the wake of him being waken up by the morning ‘Azaaan’ from the neighbourhood mosque.
But he didn’t stop there, he went on to say …
”And by the way Mohammed did not have electricity when he made Islam.. Why do I have to have this cacophony (a harsh discordant mixture of sounds.) after Edison?
Trouble is, it doesn’t seem like an Azaan problem to thousands of his fans and followers – seem’s like he’s taken it that one step further, by purposely making it a religious issue. But why? Could it be a cry for attention?
His bad choice of words and clearly no PR vetting his tweets, has upset fans! His lack of knowledge clearly shows he has no idea!
