Fashion Parade hits Knightsbridge to showcase luxury Asian Couture

Fashion Parade, which showcases luxury couture from South Asia, returns for its fourth year on Tuesday 31st May 2016 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge. The star-studded event will see South Asia’s fashion elite gather for a spectacular catwalk show that includes leading designers like HSY, Nomi Ansari, Ali Xeeshan and Faiza Samee.

Fashion Parade is the brainchild of entrepreneur and founder of Mustang Productions, Sadia Siddiqui. Sadia launched Fashion Parade in 2013 to provide a platform to promote luxury South Asian fashion to key members of London’s business, media and the fashion industries.

She says; “Our idea with Fashion Parade is not only to promote fashion but to celebrate the best of South Asian fashion. Our fashion industry has immense potential and we are keen to promote new blood in fashion, as well as celebrate the industry’s veterans.”

The spectacular catwalk show will see an array of creations, from the contemporary to the quirky, and include, Hira Shah, Mehreen Noorani, Raishma, Khushboos by Chand, Sahar Tareen and Saira Rizwan.

Award-winning floral artist and design consultant, Zita Elze will provide bespoke floral creations for the catwalk, while hair and make-up looks will be created by Aamir Naveed and Ambreen MUA teams.
