Khuda Gawah the sequel?
Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and the legendary Sridevi may unite on screen for the sequel of Khuda Gawah.
The 1992 film, produced by Manoj Desai, told the story of an Afghan lord caught between love and revenge.
Nothing is confirmed but a script is being written as you read.
“Once Mr Bachchan gives his nod for the sequel we may go and talk to Sridevi as well about the film. There will be other actors also in the film from the younger generation.”
Shot in India and Afghanistan, Khuda Gawah was one of the highest-grossing films of 1992 in both countries.
“The script is being written for the sequel. It was one of the most loved films and we thought of bringing it back. We have given a one-liner brief idea to Mr Bachchan,” Desai told PTI.
